Frequently asked questions

Do you allow custom order requests? If so, how can I place one?

Yes!

Message me which item you’d like to customize, requested changes, color, size, etc. If I can fulfill your request, I will create a custom listing for you to purchase the item. IMPORTANT: Please do NOT order a listed item and message me after the fact with changes. My Etsy shop is synched with the printer, and they fulfill orders automatically. NO REFUNDS will be issued in these cases.

Custom orders will have a small fee. Minor modifications start at $2 USD per item, and custom designs start at $10 each. Any changes to embroidery will incur an additional $5-$7 digitization fee. Sale prices and discount codes do not apply to custom orders.

I reserve the right to cancel any custom order attempts that are not aligned with this policy.

What brands do you use for your tees and sweatshirts? What sizes are available?

We use Bella & Canvas 3001 (short sleeved) and 3501 (long sleeved) t-shirts. These are adult unisex t-shirts. Our SS tees are available in sizes XS-5X and LS tees in XS-2X. Due to manufacturer availability, color options may vary for SS tees in sizes XS, 3X, 4X, and 5X.

We use Gildan 18000 (crewneck) and 18500 (hoodie) sweatshirts, which are adult unisex sizes S-5X. Colors may vary for sizes 3X-5X.

A size chart is available on each listing; however, due to the production process, final sizes can vary by up to two inches. Shirts will fit everyone differently based on height, proportions, etc. Customers usually report that the shirt is long. The materials for each shirt vary based on the color, so be sure to check the listing info.

I'm looking for an oversized fit. What size should I order?

Oversized means something to everyone, and each body is so different-- so it's hard to say "order X size(s) up and you'll be happy with it." The best way to get the fit you're looking for is to measure a shirt you already have that fits the way you'd like this shirt to fit and compare this to our size chart.

That said, most customers report ordering 1-2 sizes larger than their usual/fitted size for an oversized fit.

After I placed my order, I realized I made a mistake and entered the wrong address or ordered the wrong size/color. What can I do?

Message me on Etsy ASAP (include the changes i.e., correct address).

If the printer has not yet started fulfilling your order AND the changes do not increase the price of your order, it is usually not a problem to change an address, size, or color prior to the start of production. If fulfillment has not yet started but the changes to the order increase the price, then I may be able to cancel your order and have you resubmit it with the updated information. Unfortunately, once fulfillment has started on the order, changes cannot be made and orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded—so definitely be sure to double check before purchasing.

NOTE: Please do NOT use "report a problem" for this issue; this option is for delivered items.

Where are your products available? And how much is shipping? And one more thing-- where will my order be fulfilled?

We currently ship to the US and Canada. Shipping in the US is free. We ship to Canada at low flat rates based on the type and number of items. We suspended shipping to Australia & New Zealand on 10/1/22 and hope to be back there soon! At this time, we are not planning to add any additional shipping locations

We work with a fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide, including locations in the US and Canada. Your order will ship from the facility where it is printed. Our partner does their best to fill orders at the location closest to the buyer (you!), but this varies based on product availability and the volume of orders at each center. Therefore, we cannot guarantee or request orders will be printed at a particular fulfillment center.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please see the "Shop Announcements" section for current production times. This is the estimated amount of time it will take to produce your made-to-order item prior to shipping. If you request a custom item, the production time will be a bit longer.

Standard shipping time in the US is usually 3-5 business days. However, we cannot guarantee shipping carrier timelines as there may be delays due to weather, volume, the pandemic, staffing issues, and other situations beyond our control. Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite the shipping process or offer rush/expedited shipping.

Help! My order should be here by now, but I don't have it. What should I do?

Please review the shipping info to verify the address was correct, and double check the tracking info to ensure the order was marked as delivered (this may also include info on where it was left). If so, check with neighbors, the front office, and/or the local post office. On occasion, carriers will mark packages as delivered and they show up within a few days (especially with international orders). However, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

While we are not responsible for issues with the carrier or issues due to buyer error, we will do our best to help if you encounter a problem. Please message ASAP!

I received the wrong order, or I did receive my own order but it is damaged. How do I proceed?

We are so sorry if there was a production error with your item or if you were sent the wrong order! To help us resolve this issue quickly, please message us on Etsy within seven calendar days of when your order was marked as delivered. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item, including a well-lit photo of the entire garment lying flat (not being worn) and clear, well-lit photos of the problems/damage. If you have it, please also include a photo of the white tracking sticker that is usually attached to either item itself (near the collar on t-shirts) or on the plastic bag it came in (not the mailer). Please also include a description of the issue. We will file a claim and get back with you ASAP with a resolution.

My order didn’t arrive damaged, but I realized a quality issue with the first wash or wear. What now?

Please contact me within 21 calendar days (three weeks) of when your order was marked delivered by the carrier. Please include a though description of the issue and include a well-lit photo of the garment laying flat (not being worn) as well as clear, well-lit photos of the problem area(s). We will file a claim and get back with you ASAP with a resolution. Please note that this does not apply to damage caused by the customer (i.e., spills, accidents, etc.) or failure to follow the care instructions.

Care instructions

These apply to t-shirts, sweatshirts/hoodies, and cotton totes.

Wash your before using/wearing. Remove tags, stickers, etc., turn it inside-out, and wash in cold water w/ like colors. Use minimal detergent and NO fabric softener. We strongly recommend hang drying sweatshirts, but any item can be tumble dried on low. Do not iron and do not dry clean. Launder your item this way each time you wash it. Please note that we are not responsible for damage to your product due to improper care.

For DTG items, there may be some white marks on the front as a natural part of the printing process. You may also notice a slight smell. This is from the agent used to help the ink adhere to the fabric. These should go away after the first wash.
